We are grateful to be collaborating with organisations that enable us to make a bigger positive difference in people's lives. We actively volunteer in supporting young adults with their career and business aspirations, and we partner and associate with businesses that help to add value to our services and our customer's journey.
"We rise by lifting others"
Volunteering for EmployabilityUK
We volunteer for an Education Charity called EmployabilityUK, which provide personal and professional development opportunities for students and young adults. For EmployabilityUK we have provided talks and workshops, built an online education platform, facilitated video creation with volunteers, and provided a range of digital development support.
Volunteering for Manchester Metropolitan University
We have provided Manchester Metropolitan University students with career development. Susanne Virtanen, the founder of DiscoverChange, joined a professional Mentoring Scheme to support a management student to refine their CV and application letter and general focus and confidence in pursuing their career aspirations. Susanne also delivered a Career Impact workshop, facilitating a personality quiz and providing multiple strategies for career and leadership development tools.
"Susanne regularly delivers professional training workshops to the students of University of Wolverhampton. She covers areas of employability, confidence, teamwork, leadership and management. Prior to delivering the workshop Susanne carefully assesses the students’ needs to target her delivery appropriately. Having spent time in a number of workshops, it’s evident Susanne can work with any audience and can successfully lead the groups. Every year I receive excellent feedback from students who value Susanne’s training, thanking for this opportunity. Susanne is a social philanthropist, and I have no hesitation in recommending her training opportunities."

"Leadership is about vision and responsibility, not power"
We are pleased to be recognised as one of the partners for Active Communities and Skills360 – a community development platform that supports local organisations and individuals to develop and grow. One of the projects includes the Champions of Change programme, supporting local community leaders to create inspiring and educational digital content for other volunteers and employees.
"Susanne has been volunteering for EmployabilityUK in delivering motivational workshops and talks for our students. She covers areas such as confidence, personal development and pursuing career aspirations. Susanne's training delivery style is energetic and fun, her content informative and engaging. Susanne brings her sessions to life by telling her own story very openly and speaking from the heart. She is a wonderful volunteer for EmployabilityUK and we would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a first-class trainer or presenter."
